After months of waiting for British Gas to provide a boiler service, I got in touch with Parsons. Within two days, the job was done. Fast and efficient admin and the engineer arrived on time. He did his stuff quickly and made sure I was happy with the work. All that at a very reasonable price, too.

Got up on Thursday morning, no heating. Tried resetting, nothing doing. Rang Parsons and asked if they could help that day. They had a cancellation and sent an Engineer along within 30 mins. He found that the boiler needed a part and rang their supplier from the house. He said he would be back the next day to fit it. He had managed to get the boiler to ignite but couldn't guarantee that it would stay on, (I was grateful that I was warm). About 2 hrs later the doorbell went and standing there with the new part was the Engineer. This was brilliant service throughout from beginning to end. He was friendly and efficient and very aware of the fact that it was cold and we needed the heating. Thank you very much.
